Artist Bio
Lisa Temple-Cox is a painter and assemblage artist. Since leaving college in 1990 she has been largely self-employed as a community and public artist, often working with young people or adults with learning difficulties. She has run workshops at many schools, colleges, residential homes and community centres in London and East Anglia, and teaches part-time at her local college. In 2005 she was selected as artist in residence at the Chateau de Sacy in Picardie, France, and this has led to a new body of installation and assemblage work. She has a workshop at Cuckoo Farm Studios in Colchester, England, and regularly exhibits her own work.
